From time to time you will hear Bollywood celebrities giving out ‘stupid’ statements, which would make you think if they ever went to college (well, most didn’t complete graduation to be frank).
However, at the other end of the education spectrum, we do have Bollywood stars who have studied abroad, in foreign universities.
Most star kids study in Foreign universities, as it gives them access to top-class global education, and also makes them stay away from the limelight, which is not possible in India.

Saif Ali Khan
The Nawab of Pataudi did schooling from Lawrence School, Sanawar, Himachal Pradesh after which he moved to Lockers Park School in England. He did his graduation from Winchester College in Hampshire, England.
After completing schooling from Mumbai, Ranveer studied arts (bachelor’s degree) from Indiana University, Bloomington in USA.
Parineeti Chopra did her schooling from Ambala. Later she moved to the UK, where she graduated with a triple honours degree in business, finance and economics from Manchester Business School.
Sonam Kapoor studied International Baccalaureate from United World College of South East Asia (UWCSEA), International School in Singapore. Later, she went to the University of East London to study Political Science and Economics.
Soha Ali Khan
Sister of Saif, Soha studied modern history at Balliol College, Oxford. She did her masters from London School of Economics and Political Science in International relations.
Belonging to the ‘Kapoor’ Khaandaan (family), Ranbeer Kapoor always wanted to join the film industry. After completing schooling in Mumbai, Ranbir Kapoor moved to New York City, where he learnt film-making at the School of Visual Arts, and subsequently pursued method acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute.
Imran Khan did his schooling from Fermont High School, California. Later, he obtained a degree in film making from New York Film Academy, Los Angeles.
Abhishek Bachchan did his schooling from Jamnabai Narsee School and Bombay Scottish School in Mumbai, Modern School in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, and Aiglon College in Switzerland. Later he went to Boston University, but did not finish his graduation (in business) as he had made a decision to join Bollywood by then.
