Cheeni Kum means ‘less sugar’. The movie is about food, love and relationships. This 2007 comedy revolves around the 64 years old chef Budhhadev (Amitabh Bachchan) and his 34 years old beloved Nina (Tabu). The two meet in Budhhadev’s restaurant where they fight over a recipe of a particular dish (Zafrani Hyderabadi Pulao) and later, fall in love with each other.

Seafood allergy sends Sonu Nigam to the ICU
Sonu Nigam was admitted to the ICU of a hospital for a swollen eye, but that was not because he got into a brawl with somebody.
it was the seafood!
It seems Sonu loves seafood but is also allergic to it.
A seafood allergy sent him to the ICU of Nanavati Hospital. Sonu shared a couple of pictures from the hospital showing the swelling in his eyes.
“Thanks for your concern and love. Now that you know that I am returning back from Jeypore Orissa after managing a concert last night, I now don’t mind sharing how I was the day before yesterday. Lesson for all of us, Never ever ever ever take a chance with allergies. Seafood in my case. If Nanavati Hospital wasn’t nearby, my trachea would have swollen up further and lead to asphyxiation. Happy and Healthy life to everyone. (Sic),” wrote Sonu Nigam.
A similar thing had happened to a friend of mine who had gone to Goa. He tried a new seafood dish and after the meal (an hour later), his entire face had swollen.
