While having a fit body is a pre-requisite in showbiz, it seems those in the corporate sector also stand to benefit if they take care of their body.

And for those who’re overweight, most of the time, it means your career will move at a snails pace, with the top promotions going to those who have got the looks.

Singer Christina Aguilera, found it extremely difficult to make comeback after she had gained a lot of weight as bosses of top labels felt they won’t be able to sell considerable records or tickets for her shows.

‘They need a reminder sometimes that I don’t belong to them. It’s my body. My body can’t put anyone in jeopardy of not making money anymore – my body is just not on the table that way anymore,’ says Christina.
