
Acclaimed Hollywood director Christopher Nolan plans to visit India soon, revealed Megastar Amitabh Bachchan. Nolan will be in India along with celebrated visual artist Tacita Dean. This would be Nolan’s first visit to India.
While there’s no official word about his itinerary, its rumoured that the director will be in India for an event, and is expected to meet leading celebrities from Bollywood as well as the South Indian film industry.
Sr. Bachchan said Nolan will be here to support Film Heritage the to support activities related to preservation of films.

“India has such wonderful cinema and a rich history of art that everything needs to be done to not only encourage its proper preservation for future generations but also reintroduce the film medium to the younger artists and filmmakers in the country,” said Nolan in a statement.
Nolan has directed movies like ‘Dunkirk’, ‘Interstellar’, ‘Inception’, ‘The Dark Knight’ trilogy. Nolan has co-written several of his films with his brother, Jonathan, and runs the production company Syncopy Inc. with his wife, Emma Thomas.
