There are several actors (Male & Female) in Bollywood, who at one point of time, got the opportunity to work in good films, had a good fan-following, but later on had to focus on some other things. And when the time came to begin their second-innings, the going was not very smooth.
Mallika Sherawat, who’ll be working in a Bollywood film after a long time because of her stint in Hollywood, has lately been subjected to lots of queries such as…whether her time has passed, whether actresses like Sunny Leone has taken over, whether there’s enough space for her to make a mark in the Indian industry now.

However, the ‘Murder Girl’ (who has worked with the likes of Jackie Chan, Kamal Hassan) is quite confident about her comeback and feels that there’s enough space in Bollywood for all actors & actresses.
She doesn’t feel threatened by Sunny Leone and feels that everyone has his or her unique place in the Indian film industry. Besides, Mallika Sherawat clarifies that she has not just worked only adult thrillers (like Sunny Leone) but has also worked in romantic comedies (Pyaar Ke Side Effects), has been part of big multi starcast movies (‘Welcome’, ‘Dasavathaaram’, ‘Guru’).
Sometime back leading actresses of Bollywood Madhuri Dixit & Juhi Chawla (who once ruled Bollywood) were paired together in the movie ‘Gulaab Gang’ which bombed at the box office. Although they have not been able to get substantial roles in Bollywood as actors, Madhuri Dixit currently seems to be content ‘judging’ dance/reality shows. Juhi, on the other hand, did appear in a Hollywood movie recently named ‘The Hundred Foot Journey’ but had a minuscule role in the movie.

On the other hand, Sridevi walked away with all the accolades in her comeback film ‘English Vinglish’ (which was acclaimed world wide).

So while Madhuri Nene Dixit & Juhi Chawla currently seem to be struggling to get good roles in Bollywood, its now remains to be seen how Mallika Sherawat fares in Bollywood in her second innings.
