Those from the corporate sector, and even business students, would have heard the term ‘SWOT Analysis’. SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Most job seekers do mention their personal SWOT Analysis on resume, while applying for a job.
SWOT Analysis helps the interviewer to get a better understanding of the candidate, and most candidates do mention their strengths and weaknesses (a bit disguised). However, this analysis is never supposed to be funny (although you can definitely try if you’re applying for a job).
But when we are talking about Santa & Banta, you definitely expect it to be funny and not a typical analysis that you see on a resume.
Here’s Santa’s SWOT Analysis that he mentioned on his resume :-
- Strength – My Wife Manjeet.
- Weakness – Banta’s wife Manpreet.
- Opportunity – When Banta is on Tour.
- Threat – When I’m on Tour.
Well, at least this example makes the meaning of ‘SWOT Analysis’ crystal clear.
