International Jewellery Week (IIJW) is an initiative to showcase India’s finest in jewellery to customers around the world. In recent years, India, with its ability to create most intrinsic and inspired jewellery, has made bold statements across the globe. Be it design or innovation, supported by top-of-the-line craftsmanship & technology, Indian Jewellery is making its presence felt in the International market as well by winning different international design contests of repute.
Several Bollywood celebrities, tv starlets and top models have been making their presence felt at this event over the last few years. Its a great place to see some alluring jewellery by different designers. In the past, Bollywood celebrities like Parineeti Chopra, Sonam Kapoor, Sridevi, Yami Gautam, Kriti Sanon, Bipasha Basu have walked down the ramp, wearing some gorgeous looking jewellery.

Sridevi walked the ramp as the show stopper for Golecha Jewels and wore a layered diamond necklace, which featured diamond droplets on the pendant. To accompany the huge neckpiece, it was paired up with small ruby earrings.
Parineeti Chopra walked as the show stopper for Aks by Birdhichand Ghanshyamdas Jewellers and wore a heavy pearl and gold necklace with a gold and green gemstone bracelet and ring.
Yami Gautam walked the ramp wearing a diamond necklace, which was designed in shape of flowers, with matching earrings and a ring.
Kriti Sanon walked the ramp for Mahabir Jewellers wearing a heavy diamond set and matching earrings.
IIJW is an attempt to establish India as a sought after destination for quality jewellery. It will also provide an international platform to India’s leading designers and design houses to unveil their fascinating, classic and contemporary jewellery collections to the world jewellery market.
