Chinese Live-Action Animation Film Beats “Fast & Furious 7”, Becomes China’s Biggest Grossing Movie of All Time

Here’s a homegrown Chinese live-action animation movie ‘Monster Hunt’ that has edged out “Fast & Furious 7” as the country’s biggest grossing movie of all time.

‘Monster Hunt’ comes across as a fresh wind compared to all the average movies that have been released recently, and could even turn out to be another ‘Kung Fu Panda’ in the making.

“Monster Hunt” is a movie about a baby monster whose life is under threat.

Although the movie has done extremely well in China, US observers feel that the Chinese blackout for Hollywood movies has played a key part in the success of the Chinese film.
