Dubai is known for its impressive architectural feats, and has some awe-inspiring sky scrapers. However, this one will take it to another level altogether.
Dynamic Architecture is designing an 80-story tower that can transform its shape. So the exterior of the building will go from a curvy design to one that resembles a stack of blocks.
And how will happen?
Its because each apartment within the building will rotate 360 degrees this changing the exterior of the building. So the building “will never look the same” from the outside. Every apartment owner can control the position of their apartment and the speed at which it can spin.

The great thing for the apartment owners will be that they will be able to get a 360-degree view (potentially) of the outside (depending on the architecture of the building).
On a lighter note, the downside is that people looking for directions may get confused when they are near this building.
Besides, the apartments are not going to come cheap (they will have to shell out up to $40 million).
So when is this building going to be ready?
As of now the plan is to have it built by 2020, but no specific details have been provided. Dynamic Architecture call this building its “dancing tower.”
So is it a bold vision or a crazy idea that may probably never take off? Time will tell.
