MS Dhoni – The Untold Story of India’s Greatest Cricket Captain

While he may not be as popular as Sachin Tendulkar, Mahendra Singh Dhoni is one of the most respected Indian cricketers. Now a Bollywood movie will soon be hitting the theatres that will be based on the life of MS Dhoni.

Dhoni is among the most successful Indian captains (in all the formats of the game), a destructive batsman, and a great finisher (in the shorter formats). MS Dhoni also happens to be among the richest cricketers in the world. As of 2015, MS Dhoni had an estimated net worth of $100 million and he takes home an annual salary of around $4-$5 million.

MS Dhoni – The untold story is a movie based on the life of the cricketer. The movie is directed by Neeraj Pandey and stars Sushant Singh Rajput.

While everybody knows about the on-field exploits of Mahendra singh Dhoni, the movie focuses on the lesser known facts of the Indian cricketers life and his success.

In one of the shots, Sushant Singh is shown sitting at the Kharagpur Railway station and wondering what’s happening with his life (Dhoni used to be a ticket collector).

I’m sure fans of MS Dhoni must be eagerly waiting for this movie. The last few Bollywood movies based on the lives of sports men have done well. This one is directed by Neeraj Pandey, so one can expect a gripping movie from him.
