In a short span of time, Pooja Dhingra has become the go-to baker for Bollywood. Be it Arpita Khan’s wedding or director Rajkumar Hirani’s birthday, Pooja Dhingra is the woman behind their cakes.

Pooja Dhingra is the owner of the extremely popular Patisserie chain, ‘Le 15’ in Mumbai. Pooja’s first book, ‘The Big book of treats’ won 2nd place in the pastry category at the World Gourmand Cookbook Awards.
She also runs Studio Fifteen, a culinary center where students from all over India come to learn the art of making cakes (as well as the business around it). Pooja also speaks frequently at entrepreneurial meets/workshops.
Pooja studied hospitality and business management at Cesar-Ritz Hospitality Management School in Switzerland. She then studied baking at at Le Cordon Bleu, Paris – one of the finest culinary and hospitality schools in the world.
