A shocking video of a Chinese fast food owner in Ulhasnagar (outskirts of Mumbai) throwing hot oil at a customer has gone viral.
The best businesses are those who listen to their customers and work on their complaints/feedback. However, this roadside eatery owner doesn’t believe in that advice, and on the contrary, thinks he is doing a favour on his customers.
A roadside Chinese fast food owner in Ulhasnagar (around 50 Kms from Mumbai) threw hot oil at a 29-year-old customer for complaining about the bad quality of food.
In the 43 Seconds video clip, you can see the customer getting into an altercation with the vendor over the food quality and tries to throw something towards the owner, which angers the vendor who then responds by throwing HOT OIL at the customer.
The entire incident was caught on a CCTV camera.
