Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF)The Toronto International Film Festival is considered to be the World’s leading public Film Festival, and has a reputation for bringing the hottest celebs to Toronto. Even Bollywood celebrities fly to Canada every year to attend the red carpet or for the screening of their respective films.

The Toronto International Film Festival was first launched as the ‘Festival of Festivals’ in October 1976. In recent years it has become one of the most popular film festivals. Filled with world premieres, galas, parties, this illustrious event attracts some of the biggest stars, film directors and industry honchos.

Bollywood and Indian films are a regular at the TIFF. In the past, Bollywood stars like Rani Mukherjee, Priyanka Chopra, Ashutosh Gowariker, Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar have attended the event for their film’s screening.
