Its great for body detox in order to cleanse the system. We indulged in a healthy plate of courgettes and polenta and have been strictly focusing on our fitness regimen, which included a no-carbs diet and doing yoga,” said Alia.
You get results
The rigorous programme is known to leave guests exhausted in the first week itself. You get no meals after 4 pm, no Wi-Fi, no sugar or processed foods, but the results are quite impressive.
The spa gives a specific diet to each of its clients and apparently there’s a series of injections as well.
The strict regimen and diet makes you feel unpleasant initially – headache, pale skin are common. But after a few days, you start feeling more energetic, your skin starts glowing and you also lose weight.
