Boot camp in England attracts Bollywood stars

Health boot camps are a great way to rejuvenate yourself, and when its located at a far off place, it allows celebrities to have some privacy too.

There are many in Bollywood who’re a regular at this popular spa in Austria, but now a wellness boot camp in England is attracting Bollywood actors.

Arjun Kapoor recently took off to a boot camp in London, and had some great things to say about the place.

Arjun says that the Prestige boot camp is a great place to connect with nature, away from the hustle-bustle of cities. Besides indulging in Hiking and Trekking, the actor followed a strict schedule of sleeping and waking up early. Arjun also loved the healthy food that was served during the camp.

Before entering Bollywood, Arjun Kapoor used to be on the heftier side, but managed to get it under control before his debut film.
