
Maha Shivratri is one of the several auspicious festivals in India. The Hindu festival is celebrated annually in honour of Lord Shiva with millions thronging to temples to offer prayers. Lord Shiva’s devotees also include film stars, may of whom have immense faith in the god.
Lets take a look at Lord Shiva’s staunch bhakts (devotees) in Bollywood.
Ajay Devgn
A big devotee of Lord Shiva, he even made the movie ‘Shivaay’ as a mark of respect to the lord. The actor even himself inked with Lord Shiva’s tattoo on the left side of his chest.

Prabhas
Remember the scene from Baahubali where Prabhas is carrying a huge Shivling on his shoulder? (It was used in one of the film’s posters as well).
Prabhas is a Lord Shiva Bhakt in real life too.

Sanjay Dutt
Sanju Baba is also a big devotee of Lord Shiva, and celebrates the festival of Mahashivratri with full faith. Sanjay Dutt has also inked an image of Shiva tattoo from his left shoulder to his upper arm, with Om Namah Shivaya written below it in Sanskrit.
Hrithik Roshan
Hrithik Roshan is a devotee of Lord Shiva and and seeks his blessings for everything. Every year Hrithik offers prayers to Lord Shiva on the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivratri.
Mount Kailash
Mount Kailash is a peak in the Kailash Range in the Tibet Autonomous Region of China, located close to the source of some of the longest Asian rivers. Mount Kailash is considered to be sacred in several religions including Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism.
According to Hinduism, Lord Shiva resides at the summit of the legendary mountain Kailasa, where he sits in a state of perpetual meditation along with his wife Parvati.
