Dumfries House is a 18th-Century Palladian country house, located within a large estate, around 3 kilometers west of Cumnock, in Ayrshire, Scotland. The house, one of the most imposing mansion designs in Scotland, and known for its unrivaled collection of Chippendale furniture, will be the location for a Bollywood song and dance sequence.

Recently, Bollywood’s ‘Badman’ Gulshan Grover was invited for a dinner by Prince Charles, at Dumfries House. Gulshan Grover took that opportunity to suggest to Prince Charles that the 2,000 acre Scottish mansion was the perfect setting for a Bollywood film, especially a song-and-dance sequence in an Indian film.
And did Prince Charles agree?
“Being the gentleman that he is, he agreed in principle to let it happen,” said Mr Grover.
