It seems more than half of Bollywood actors are busy shifting homes, especially the younger lot.
While some of the actors are moving homes due to change in personal relationships (divorce, breakups, marriage), there are many who’re moving because cash is rolling in for them (thanks to a few hits).

Alia Bhatt has got herself a swanky apartment located above a quaint coffee shop, and will soon be moving out of her parents’ (Soni Razdan and Mahesh Bhatt) Silver Beach Apartments home in Juhu.
Ranbir Kapoor had moved out of his parents’ Pali Hill bungalow, Krishnaraj, into a sea-facing duplex on Carter Road (Bandra), but after his break-up with Katrina, he abandoned the love-nest and moved into a new bachelor pad. Eventually, Ranbir plans to move into Krishnaraj.
Varun Dhawan’s career is going strong and he bought himself a plush 4BHK apartment at Carter Road in Bandra. Varun will soon move into the new flat.
Shahid Kapoor used to stay just a floor away from his father Pankaj Kapur in Versova’s Raj Classique, but a few months before he got married to Mira Rajput, he moved into a flat in Praneta building in Juhu. The current residence is Sasha’s dream home, but its more than a mile away from where his dad resides.
Hrithik Roshan used to stay with his parents’ at El Palazzo in Juhu, but after his divorce from Sussanne Khan, he moved to a beach-facing house in Prime Beach Apartments, a few minutes away from where Rakesh and Pinky Roshan live.
Sonam Kapoor is keen to move into her plush duplex in Signature Island, close to the American consulate, at Bandra Kurla Complex (she chose the location to get some privacy). However, dad Anil Kapoor is not too keen on his daughter leaving.
Sushant Singh Rajput used to stay in Malad with girlfriend Ankita Lokhande, but moved out after his break-up. Sushant now stays at Little Heights building, Bandra.
Priyanka Chopra moved to Karmayog Apartments in Juhu (offers a beautiful view of the city’s landscape), from Raj Classique (Versova) after her father’s demise. Priyanka is also looking for a home in the US as she will spend considerable time there.
