Who Is Christopher Lee?
A Master of the horror genre, British actor Christopher Lee has done several villainous roles in blockbusters like The Curse of Frankenstein (1957), Horror of Dracula (1958), The Hound of the Baskervilles (1959), I, Monster (1971). He also played the evil Lord Saruman in Lord of the Rings.

An Avid Musician As Well
Christopher Lee was a musician as well, and played the guitar.
His single, humorously titled Jingle Hell (after all, he loved adding the evil side) was a heavy metal take on the Christmas Carol Jingle Bells. In 2013, the song entered the US singles charts (number 22) making him the oldest living artist to enter the charts.
Amitabh Bachchan with Christopher Lee
The two legends never worked with each other on-screen but Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan and Hollywood legend Christopher Lee were once on the panel of judges for the Miss World Contest in South Africa.
Big B recalled the “wonderful” moment he shared with Christopher Lee and said mr. Lee was a great company. They even played gold together in their off-time. “Played a few rounds of golf with him during the off moments, a proficient golfer with a handsome handicap…,” said Big B on his blog.
Bachchan said he missed the chance of meeting the Lord of the Rings star again when he was to India in to film for Jinnah biopic, in which he played Jinnah, the Founder of Pakistan.
“And today he has left this world… Prayers and peace in condolence!,” said Mr. Bachchan.
