Simmba trailer is out: Fans disappointed, feel there’s nothing new

Trailer of Ranveer Singh’s Simmba is out, but there seems to be mixed reaction from the audience. This is Ranveer Singh’s first release after his wedding with Deepika Padukone.

The much-awaited trailer of Ranveer Singh’s Simmba, directed by Rohit Shetty, is finally out but fans seem to be disappointed as there’s nothing different from Shetty’s earlier movies. In fact, the trailer gives out everything and you can easily guess the plot of the movie.

Ranveer Singh plays a corrupt cop named Sangram Bhalerao in the movie. Earlier, there were rumours that the movie was a remake of Anil Kapoor’s Ram Lakhan (1989) but it seems the movie is a remake of the Telugu film Temper, which was released in 2015.

You also get to see Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Kunal Khemu and Shreyas Talpade (from Rohit’s Golmaal franchise) in special appearances in Simmba.
