‘Simran’ trailer is out, and its Kangana all the way

The official trailer of Kangana Ranaut’s Simran (directed by Hansal Mehta) is out and its Kangana all the way. She’s cute, funny and quirky.

For all the Kangana Ranaut fans, here is some good news. The trailer of Simran is out. Its great to see Kangana back in action (after the debacle of Rangoon), However, some scenes will remind you of her previous films like Queen and Tanu Weds Manu (wish the director had taken more efforts to show us something totally new).

However, Kangana is a big star with a huge fan following, and she is the only leading Indian actor in the film (there are no other big Indian names in the film).

Simran Trailer

The film is about an Indian lady in the US, whose lofty ambitions drive her towards the world of crime. After engaging in gambling and losing significant amount of money, Kangana’s character resorts to robbery to pay off the debts.

While the real story has a sad end, the teaser has been made to portray a lighter feel. The film has been shot in the US (in Atlanta).
