Bollywood Celebs Keen to Emulate The Oprah Winfrey Show Its rare that someone has not heard of Oprah Winfrey, but just in case, if you’re one of those, Oprah Winfrey is the host of the hugely successful ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show’. She’s among the most influential women in the world, among the greatest black philanthropist in American history, and also a self-made CEO worth a few billion dollars.

Bollywood actress Vidya Balan (actress of The Dirty Picture) is now planning to host a talk show on the lines of the super popular ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show’.

And the idea is not just at the conceptual stage, she has already found a Hollywood studio who’re ready to back the show, and will air it on a US television network.

The show will require six consecutive months of filming. Whether the show will be successful and seen by several Americans or just by the Indian diaspora remains to be seen.

Nevertheless, one more Bollywood celebrity trying her luck in America!
