Nobody would have ever imagined that one day Karan Johar and Kajol, once the best of friends, would cut all communications with one another. But the good news is that the two long lost friends have decide to let bygones be bygones.
Karan Johar and Kajol have been best friends for years. They have worked together in several blockbusters. However, things changed when Karan Johar and Ajay Devgn movies clashed at the box office.
When Karan Johar’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ and Ajay Devgn’s ‘Shivaay’s fought at the Box Office, the professional clash also entered their personal lives. Kajol stood rock solid besides her husband Ajay, which left her best friend Karan Johar completely shattered.
A few years down the line Karan Johar feels he should have handled the matter more maturely.
In an interview recently, Karan Johar said his actions were ‘impulsive’ and he ‘regrets’ going out in public. ‘It should have been one on one’, said Karan.

“When I look back, maybe it was something that I should have kept to myself. I think there are certain relationships are so sacred that when you hurt from them or you hold on to that pain, you keep a lot of those feelings to yourself and leave it to one on one discussion,” said a dejected Karan about his public fallout with Kajol.
But because their relationship was so strong in the past, Karan wanted to give it a second chance. And the perfect opportunity presented when Karan’s babies were born. Karan wanted Kajol to be the “first” person to see the images of his twins Yash and Roohi.
“I sent her a message saying that you don’t have to reply to this message but I really don’t want you to be seeing these babies in a newspaper or online. I want you to see what they look like and you don’t need to reply,” said said Karan.
